Product Guarantee/Warranty

All product illustrated in this catalogue is guaranteed. If you receive a faulty product we will replace or repair the item free of charge. Alternatively, we will credit your account.

Aircon Flange will not be liable for any costs to remove, inspect, freight or other charges incurred in relation to any warranty claim.

Aircon Flange’s liability is limited to the value of the defective items only and no claim will be accepted for any consequential loss due to any faulty items.

To return a faulty product, please call the team at Aircon Flange Ltd who will arrange to have the item picked up and credited from your account and appear on your next statement.

Pricing in Catalogue—Excludes GST & Freight

All prices in this catalogue were current at the time of printing. Aircon Flange reserve the right to change prices however we will endeavor to advise customers of such price changes if/when they occur.

Delivery & Freight Charges

Delivery for all items in stock will be delivered the next working day if an order is placed by 10am the previous day.

Freight Charges will be passed onto the customer and included in their invoice for goods from Aircon Flange Ltd.

Payment Terms

All product sold to the customer remains the property of Aircon Flange Ltd until it is paid for in full.

Invoices are to be paid in full by the 20th of the following month unless special arrangements have been made prior to the purchase of goods.
